This study aims at proving about their perception on the ballet teacher's behavior and leadership, and also if there is any behavior and leadership they prefer and satisfy. The subjects randomly chosen were 66 ballerina whose careers were at least three years in professional education. The researching tool is questionnaire (LSS) made by Chelladural and Saleh. which is composed of 5 sections, Training and Instruction Behavior, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior and Positive Feedback. The data are treated by SPSS program, and above five sections are analysed by using t-test, correlation, reliability, condescriptive. The conclusion are made as follows; 1. The preference on the ballet teachers' behavior and leadership, Training and Instruction Behavior and Positive Feedback Behavior are highest. 2. The perception on the ballet teachers' behavior and leadership, Positive Feedback Behavior, Training and Instruction Behavior, and Social Support Behavior are highest. 3. The satisfaction on the ballet teachers' behavior and leadership, Preference showed high score than perception in Training and Instruction Behavior, Democratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior, but preference of Autocratic Behavior is low than perception.
