The purpose of this study is to examine major factors attributing to high popularity ofdance education by investigating the current status of adult ballet education and participantawareness. Based on the result, ballet education for adults has steadily grown, indicatingwidespread popularity of dance education. Also, the research revealed factors of the participantsstated satisfaction and felt interest through participation, experience induced positivecognitional change in dance, participants recognized dance as a leisure culture that contributedto the invigoration of adult ballet as lifelong education. Therefore, this study discoveredthe value of adult ballet as lifelong education
