This study analyzed the effect of exercise immersion among participants in the sports of living on psychological satisfaction and athletic endurance. In order to achieve this goal, participants in 20 fitness centers and cultural centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi. A total of 199 data was treated as the final data for the study, excluding data from 21 parts of the questionnaire that were faithfully answered, by meeting directly with 220 people over a period of three months from February 1 to April 30, 2019. The study found that first, the "exercise immersion" of participants in living sports affected "psychological satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that the "exercise immersion" of participants in the sport of living has an effect on the "continuity of exercise. Third, the "psychological satisfaction" of the participants in the living sports was found to affect the "continued exercise. Fourth, according to demographic characteristics, there were differences in "exercise immersion," "psychological satisfaction" and "sustaining exercise." In other words, in the case of gender, men were found to have higher levels of exercise immersion, psychological satisfaction, and athletic persistence than women. In the case of age, exercise immersion was high in those in their 20s, psychological satisfaction in their 50s, and athletic persistence in their 20s and 50s. High school graduates were found to have a higher level of education than college graduates and graduate school students. In the profession, exercise immersion was high in the managerial/professional position, psychological satisfaction in the management position, and athletic.
