The purpose of this research is to present basic data on the expansion of related research in the future by finding the mediated effect of immersion in the influence of the personality of the students majoring in physical education at universities participating in leisure activities on the stress relief. To achieve this goal, a survey of 329 students majoring in physical education at universities from april to may 2019 yielded the following conclusions: The mediation effect of commitment on stress reduction of university students's personality in the university physical education department participating in leisure activities is that the sub-factors of personality traits: Neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and behavioral commitment affect social role performance and self-confidence, extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness have been shown to affect depression resolution. Neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, and cognitive absorption have been shown to affect sleep disorders and anxiety elements. Extroversion and conscientiousness, sub-factors of personality, affect social role performance and self-confidence, and there is a mediated effect of behavioral commitment.
