Through simple analysis of beer production data of China"s beer industry in recent years, it is found that has a significant slowdown and a downward trend. We penetrated into the internal analysis of industry supply chain management and found that the bullwhip effect caused by information asymmetry is the main reason. Combined with the application of Chinese e-commerce and big data, the collaborative supply inventory management system of beer supply chain was put forward. The structure and operation mode of the platform system were explained, and an effective management solution was proposed.
