Industrial parks by region in Korea have the largest number of industrial parks in Gyeonggi Province, South Jeolla Province and North Gyeongsang Province, with the highest number of problems, the report showed. In this study, the government aims to improve workers" working conditions and improve the negative perception of nearby residents" industrial facilities by reflecting eco-friendly factors and applying environmental pollution problems and factory experiences within the industrial complex and cultural facilities. In this study, the government was required to install rest facilities in work facilities, but to introduce eco-friendly systems to achieve environmental and health improvements. What needs to be considered when designing eco-friendly plants is to find problems of the facilities and their impact on the environment before design, and come up with solutions. When designing these eco-friendly plants, it is important to explore the problems of the facility before design and its impact on the environment, and to come up with solutions. Through this process, it will serve as an opportunity to re-examine the negative image of pollution by promoting businesses and providing community space for local people through eco-friendly and complex facilities of industrial parks in the region.
