The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of career experience’s effectiveness through career experience frequency in high school on the career behaviors in college. A total of 400 college students, including 180 males and 220 females, completed the questionnaire that were career experience frequency in high school, career experience frequency, and career preparation behaviors. To analyze the results, SPSS 23.0 were used. The results of this study are as follow. First, the career experience frequency in high school had a significant impact on career preparation behaviors. Second, with using hierarchical analysis the moderating effect of career experience’s effectiveness on the relationship between career experience frequency in high school and career behavior was found. Implications for further career education of the study were discussed. Also, the suggestions for the further study were proposed.
