In this paper, Among the 68 government start-up support projects shown in the K-startup integration announcement in 2016, we conducted an analysis of the effects of the same projects due to the support of the item commercialization with the direct support method. The effects of the government"s start-up support program was classified into the effect on the survival rate and the improvement of the economic performance after the support. Specifically, survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method to determine whether the survival rate of the support companies was higher than the survival rate of the enterprise survival statistics. Also, The economic performance after the start-up support was estimated by using the PSM method which compares the information between experimental group and control group. The targets of the analysis are the start-up companies that received financial support from the recent five years (2011-2015) as Start-up Growth R&D, Start-up Customized Commercialization, and Start-up Items Commercialization Program. The results of the analysis show that the survival rate is higher than that of the manufacturing companies with two or more persons. However, the growth effect (sales growth rate) was not significant.
