Exercise is considered essential for a healthy body in modern life. However, if the physical development by exercise is biased development due to the usual postural habits or characteristics of the movement, the anatomical structure may be deformed and cause pain or body imbalance. In order to improve and strengthen the body"s balance normally, it is necessary to secure the stability of the core muscle, which is the center of the body and movement, and to strengthen the core muscle through resistance. Mild low back pain caused by physical imbalance is considered to be a risk of negatively increasing physical stress. The purpose of this study was to apply the TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) program, which is a 70-80% HRmax Suspension exercise three times a week to 13 adult males who complain of subjective mild low back pain. The pre- and post-treatment measurements were performed to determine the effects of 8-angle core muscle function development and changes in physical stress index by α-amylase enzyme. The results showed that core muscle function increased significantly in all 8angles (p <.05, p <.01, p <.001), and physical stress also showed statistically significant change after then before. Therefore, it was concluded that 10 weeks of TRX exercise had a positive effect on core muscle function development of subjective mild low back pain adult males and was effective in positively improving physical stress.
