Recently, major domestic public organizations have developed and disseminated guidelines, but most of them are composed of similar contents. To construct and utilize proper BIM information, develop detailed guidelines that can apply BIM information standard system such as Object Breakdown Structure(OBS) and Property classification system (Pset) developed for 2020 SOC Standards in Public. As a result, it is urgent to build a foundation that builds and operates models and information by disseminating them with standard systems. The SOC field consists of a wide variety of fields and facilities such as roads, rivers, railroads, and ports. Therefore, the information standard system should be steadily expanded and the foundation for building and utilizing information through the BIM standard system guidelines. The BIM standard system guideline developed through this study suggests a method of linking with the BIM information standard system and construction model objects, and suggests ways to expand and apply them to other SOC fields, maximizing the utilization of BIM information system and future smart construction. It is expected to be the basis for implementing the technology.
