The research conducted, so called, a learning conflict mediation program based on Restorative Justice in a way of effectively controlling conflicts among villagers in making neighborhood project and monitored whether the experience of the program would be reflected on the daily life. The meaning of the experience in participating in the conflict mediation program has been showed as the possibility of new experiences, recall and chance, and the experience as changes of the conflict resolution process, the communications and the behavior ,in turn, has been applying to the virtual conflicts among villagers. For them to recognize how to treat conflicts, how to behave, how to communicate, and how to find introspection has become a new experience. The progress of the program has also become a time to recall past and present conflicts. Besides, although the program couldn"t become a direct tool for reducing real conflicts, it has turned out that there is changes on the villagers" points of view toward a psychological conflict resolution and conflict prevention effect, and the very conflict itself. The shift of point of view toward conflicts having happened in the community has more important value rather than the program applies as a tool to eliminate conflicts among all of the villagers. In conclusion, the conflict mediation program based on Restorative Justice is expected to play a role as one method of conflict management plans to solve the conflicts among the villagers who have taken part in the making neighborhood project and to restore their relationship.
