Current study has been conducted to identify the influence on education service quality on career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior as perceived by foodservice major students. Based on the preliminary questionnaires developed after a pilot test, the final survey was distributed to students for using online survey method. Total 370 survey were distributed and 349 students were employed for statistical analysis through. IBM SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 program. According to factor analysis, this study found that the education service quality as education service, administrative service, facility service, and human service. Hypothesis test found that administrative service quality and facility service quality have significantly impact on both career decision making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. In addition, this study verified the significant relationship between education service quality and career decision making self-efficacy along with relationship between human service quality and career preparation behavior. Last, this study verified the relationship between career decision making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior as well. Based on these results, current study will contribute to improve the education service quality to improve the career decision making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior especially for students who are major in foodservice.
