This study aims to examine the practical problems of the right-of-learning system and suggest effective development measures by checking the awareness of the ‘e-school’ and the participation of high-school taekwondo student athletes in classes to guarantee their right to study. The research method was selected by six participants (Quality Study Subject:6) and conducted in-depth interview, a qualitative research method. The study found that first, the usual students were normally participating in all the classes. Second, the students did not even recognize the need for a minimum education system. Third, the effectiveness of ‘e-school’ courses has been identified as a serious phenomenon. Finally, efforts should be made to fundamentally change the perception of the student athletes.
