The purpose of this study is to point out a new concept of physical beauty by probing the interrelationship between a human body and clothes as extended skin. For this, we explored the concept called hyper-body which results from the transformation and extension of body as well as modification of identity through the VR technologies. We believe that it is meaningful to work out an alternative solution to meet the challenge of the cyber cultures de-physicality in this digital era by understanding the value of beauty produced by technology. As a new environment called computer or cyber culture presents us a new sense of beauty of digital aesthetic at this point of the 21st century, the identity of human beings is being changed into the matter of ones inner world.(중략)
