The purpose of this study is to investigate the selection attributes of youth soccer clubs using the IPA Matrix. The subjects of this study visited 10 youth soccer clubs located in the metropolitan area and used 428 copies of the total 450 copies, excluding 22, as effective samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The following results were derived by analyzing the average value of the importance and satisfaction of the soccer club selection attribute and IPA. First, the priority of the youth soccer club selection attribute was in the order of leader, facility, program, soccer club, membership fee, and accessibility in both importance and satisfaction. Second, quadrant Ⅰ was not included in the IPA Matrix.In the Ⅱ quadrant, sincerity of the leader, leadership experience of the leader, faithfulness of the training content of the leader, professionalism of the leader, character and behavior of the leader, leadership of the leader, cleanliness of the soccer field, the comfort of the soccer field, the latest facilities of the soccer field, soccer field equipment and supplies, program interest, program diversity, program 13 attributes such as content and effects were located. In the Ⅲ quadrant, the image of the football club, the reputation of the football club, the friendliness of the football club, the monthly membership fee for the football club, the various event fees for the football club, the football club discount system, the driving status of the car, the distance from the home to the football club, the distance from the school to the football club, etc. 9 attributes are located. Lastly, only the program progress was located in the Ⅳ quadrant of low importance and high satisfaction.
