Through the new coronavirus, this study seeks to find out about the experience and satisfaction of consumer-recognized untact services due to the increase in non-face-to-face services, and to study how to generate and cope with profits in the restaurant industry through the introduction of untact services in the current restaurant industry. From August 1 to August 31, 2020, a survey was conducted on adult men and women in their 20s and older who experienced untact services in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do during the survey period. A total of 250 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 245 copies were used, and the sampling method of the questionnaire was used for the sampling method, and the empirical analysis using SPSS 21.0 was as follows. The lower factors of the experience value of the untact service were found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customers who used the untact service were shown to reuse it, indicating that customer satisfaction had a significant impact on their intention to reuse it. The factors of the experience value of the untact service were shown to have a significant effect on reuse imtention, and customer satisfaction was mediated in the relationship between the experience value of the untact service and reuse intention. Through this, not only the revitalization of restaurant companies, but also the efforts to utilize the advantages of the experience value of untact services in the current situation and enhance reliability will improve the use of consumers.
