This purpose of this study was to determine the impact of new nurses" post-traumatic growth, social support, job stress, and perceived health status on hope. For the research method, data was collected for new nurses working at a general hospital, and for data analysis, SPSS program 22.0 version was used, and a total of 176 data were used for the final analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis, the regression model of this study was significant (F =33.38, p <.001), the adjusted regression coefficient (Adjusted R2) indicating the explanatory power of the model is found to be 0.36.. The variables that influence hope were in the order of post-traumatic growth, social support, and perceived health status, and job stress was shown to be not a statistically significant influence factor. In conclusion, it is necessary to make a policy effort at the hospital level to create working conditions and environments so that they can be satisfied with the given nursing work, taking into account the new nurse"s hope and predictive factors.
