Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the education process and influencing factors of hydroponics for children. Background: With the development of science and technology and agricultural technology, various countries have increasingly recognized the cultivation of children for agricultural education. Experimental results show that agricultural education has a positive impact on children’s well-being, emotional and cognitive development, And recent years, hydroponic education is a new type of agricultural education. Nowsdays, more and more countries are applying hydroponics to urban construction, regeneration systems and various fields, and more and more plants are planted using hydroponics to replace the original planting methods. So how to correctly guide children to understand relevant knowledge and cultivate their interest is an extremely necessary research. Method: This research is based on the methodology of service design to explore the methods of hydroponic education for children. Research methods include literature review, the market analysis in China and South Korea, product research and target population analysis, summarizing the functions of hydroponic education products needed by children under the current social background. Results: Through three stages: formal teaching stage, home training and observation stage, summary through APP, questioning stage, and a combination of online and offline methods to redefine hydroponic education. Conclusion: Finally derive the hydroponic education program and product demand for children through the improvement of content.
