Poly(N-isoproplacrylamide-co-hexyl methacrylate) (PNIPAM-HMA) which showed LCST behavior was insert into the dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) liposome membrane. Besides, CMC was thiolated for better bonding to gold nanoparticles, with the addition of NIR, GNP would generate heat due to the surface plasmon resonance.
