In phototherapy, there are problems with biomedical applications when visible light is irradiated on the skin owing to low penetration into tissue. For these reasons, we developed polycaprolactone grafted hyaluronic acid nanoparticles (HA-PCL NPs) for transdermal delivery of up conversion (UC) dye which can convert light with low energy into high energy as light source with large penetration depth.
