Plants with diverse colors, high number of varieties, also their environment tolerance is one of the most requirements are chosen for decorative purposes. Among abundant ornamental plants, Echeveria genus has gained attention to breeders and growers in the horticulture community due to their low-growing compact rosette formation with various colors. However, it is often confused and misidentified from closely related families due to their similar external morphology. Morphological study concerns the form of plants, anatomical analysis on their organ structure like epidermis, stomata characteristics, vascular bundles formation have been applied to provide taxonomic evidence and help to define the limited morphology of many species.
