Introduction and Background
The purpose of this study is to compare clinical outcomes to tissue Strain & color intensity using sono-elastogram according to tear size after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
Material and Method
We evaluated the supraspinatus strain using sono-elastogram, at 3 months and 6 months after arthroscopic suture bridge repair. All the patients were divided into two groups according to the tear-size : group 1, tear smaller than 2.5cm, group 2, tear larger than 2.5cm. Several indexes such as tissue strain using sono-elastogram, range of motion and ASES, UCLA, Constant-Murley score and VAS scores at 3months and 6 months after operation and performed statistical analyses with Mann Whitney U test.
Results
