Electrospinning on PDMS still has a challenging issue due to its dielectric characteristic. In this study, we are introducing a in situ fabrication method of PDMS microfluidic chip with nanofiber membrane. Double-stacked functional layer (DFL) of the silver nanowire (AgNW) and spin-coated PDMS was placed on the PDMS block for efficient electrospinning and easy bonding. AgNW layer induces electric field concentration and shortens the electrospinning time required to fabricate nanofiber membrane.
