This study was carried out with the aim of statistically validating and presenting theoretical and practical suggestions on how self-esteem affects job stress, fatigue, and work-life conflicts, focusing on the railway traffic controllers. As a result of hypothesis testing, it was found that OBSE is moderating fatigue and conflict between work and life in the positive direction, through interaction with job stress. This can be a result showing that the positive nature of OBSE can cause negative impact if faced with difficulties in reality. Therefore, institutional measures to restore their self-esteem need to be realized to relieve their sense of deprivation, and we can think of various measures such as allowances, promotions, and welfare.
