The Ross Sea is the habitat of several penguin species, who feed mainly on krill and small- and medium-sized fishes; more than six species of Antarctic krill and more than about 95 species of small and medium-sized fishes inhabit the area. In this study, we investigated the distribution of Antarctic krill Euphausia superba and Silverfish Pleuragramma antarcticum using underwater acoustics We carried out acoustic survey and collection survey during the period in the Ross sea from January 16 to 21, 2019. The surveyed sea area was off Capehallett on the Ross Sea of the Antarctic in the area of about 28,500 km<sup>2</sup>, where set up with 6 survey lines in the total length of about 1,054 km. Data were collected from three frequencies, 38, 120, and 200 kHz, and were analyzed using the Echo view software Ver 9.0 (Myriax, Tasmania, Australia).
