Thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) is uncommon but serious disorder characterized by thrombocytopenia and microangiopathic hemolytic anemia. Although the occurrence and etiology of TMA is rare and undefined until now, pregnancy and postpartum are high-risk periods for different forms of TMA. Expedite diagnosis and management of TMA are required especially during pregnancy, otherwise it can be lethal to both mother and fetus. Herein, we introduce late pregnancy stage of TMA case in common marmoset (Callithrix jacchus). Pregnant marmoset with triplet showed tachypnea and loss of appetite at three weeks before the estimated delivery date. Red blood cell count was significantly decreased, and the reticulocyte was increased in complete blood count result, and lots of schizocytes are observed in blood smear.
