Meta-analysis was conducted to comprehensively analyze the number of prior studies that reported extract efficacy in terms of improving wrinkles in the cosmetics sector. The data was collected and verified using the search term "antioxidant and wrinkle improvement" for studies published from 2000 to February 2021 for research purposes, and a total of 18 papers were used for analysis. The data analysis was conducted using Excel and the CMA2 program, and a 95% confidence interval was calculated by selecting Random Model, interpreting in terms of small effect size "less than 0.3", medium effect size "less than 0.3“-0.8", and large effect size, ">0.8". As a result, first, the overall effect size for the extract related to wrinkle improvement is 0.545 (Z=3.110, p<0.05), which is a moderate effect, The second extractd showed significant effect sizes, and included Rutin (1.573), Ogafi (1,372), Gold Silver Flower (1.329), Rose Haute (1.133), Bulgaria (1.022). Third, the effect size of an extract on wrinkle improvement is (0.827), which is a large effect and percutaneous moisture (0.616) was shown to have a medium effect size. The lower strain effect was (1.133). There was a large effect sizes less less than 4 weeks (0.717) and less than 2 weeks (0.686). Therefore, it was found that the application of extracts to evaluate the effectiveness of wrinkle improvement was appropriate, and the extracts were effective for moisturizing the skin, wrinkles, and percutaneous moisture.
