지구온난화와 함께 겨울철 유라시아 지표 기온은 감소추세를 나타내고 있으며, 최근 그 원인으로 연직으로 강하게 발달하는 북극 온난화 현상이 지목되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Community Earth System Model (CESM)의 35개 앙상블 실험 결과와 Linear Baroclinic Model(LBM)을 이용하여 겨울철 유라시아 지표 기온 감소추세와 연직으로 발달하는 북극 온난화의 관계를 분석하였다. CESM 모형의 앙상블 평균을 분석한 결과, 모형에서는 1979년-2017년 기간 동안 나타난 관측의 유라시아 지표 기온의 감소추세가 나타나지 않았다. 반면, 일부 앙상블의 경우 관측의 장기 추세를 정성적으로 모의하며, 이러한 장기 추세에 대한 모형의 앙상블 분산이 크게 나타났다. 모형에서 나타난 유라시아 지표 기온과 우랄 해면 기압의 장기 추세는 -0.85의 강한 앙상블 간 상관관계를 나타내며, 우랄 해면 기압의 ...
