Residents around a Jeonju military airport are affected by the small-helicopter noise. People are growing concerns about aircraft noise, which seriously affects the quality of life around them. The Government tasked us to monitor and study the airport's noise for a year. The measurement is divided into four phases in 2019, and five measurement points are chosen for each measurement period. Continuous 7 day monitoring according to the aircraft noise control process. The helicopter noise was assessed at 20 measuring points in one year, and noise analyzes and statistics were performed at each measuring point. The association between aircraft noise index WECPNL and is analysed by means of the measurement tests. Supporting evidence for future noise reduction at airports.
