The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of life perception in mothers with young children after Covid-19, such as parenting stress, marital satisfaction, and their children’s smartphone overdependence. A total of 186 mothers in Seoul and the metropolitan area participated in the study. Samples were collected by non-probability random sampling method and online surveys were conducted. The compiled data were presented in descriptive Statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe and Cronbach’s α using the SPSS 21.0 program. The result showed that there was a change in mothers’ perceptions regarding the life quality from mild moderate to moderate. And the group that responded the time spent with their family members had increased as a result of ‘social distancing’ reveled the lowering quality of life in all areas comparing to the other group. This study is meaningful in that it has provided a basic data to help mothers with children protect their mental health and to provide policy, academic, practical alternatives.
