At present, China is pursuing political stability and development while rationalizing its governing process by maintaining a powerful Communist Party-centered authoritarian regime, but also by the rule of law, Chinese democracy, Governance adjustment. The study on China’s political model should not be limited to domestic politics, but should be conducted on the international political level. Therefore, we conducted interviews and questionnaires on Chinese intellectuals to see if China’s political development model can be a soft power, that is, to attain global universality and recognition. From January 15 to 22, 2017, 20 international political scholars in Beijing and Shanghai were interviewed and 44 were Conducted a survey. This study will examine the conceptualization and perception of Chinese intellectuals about the China’s political development model through the analysis of interviews and survey results.
