This study is a study on the services needed for apartment management from the new era to the reconstruction period. Until now, it is rarely found in the papers about apartment management. Although the guidelines on managing good apartment complexes and managing excellent apartment complexes are intended to be rewarded, studies on apartment management assessment systems have an impact on the lifespan of apartments as well as on top. The apartment management classification of this study is as follows. There are special characteristics in the classification according to the elapsed years of the new apartment, remodeling electricity, remodeler, reconstruction electricity, reconstruction apartment. First, the management service according to the length of the apartment is necessary because the management method required by the apartment is required to extend the life of the apartment. Second, preventive management services to reduce the unnecessary costs of unplanned management cause people to move to an apartment. Third, this management service can achieve high efficiency at low cost. However, previous studies failed to introduce an evaluation system based on the elapsed years of apartments. Therefore, in this study, an evaluation system based on the elapsed years of apartments was constructed. However, the evaluation system according to the elapsed years of the apartment requires much research and sufficient study.
