The cross-border E-commerce logistics in China is mostly traditional ways such as international postal parcel or international express, and also some emerging ways such as overseas storage, international logistics special line，bonded zone and free trade area logistics, goods collection logistics and so on. The cross-border E-commerce logistics in China, which cannot match up with the demand of the rapidly developing cross-border E-commerce and also has other problems such as environmental adaptation obstacles, the low informatization degree and so on, has become the one of the main factors restricting cross-border E-commerce development. Therefore, this paper points out some key measures that include promoting cross-border logistics and environment coordinated development, choosing the appropriate cross-border logistics mode in view of different countries, actively building the integrated information service platform of cross-border logistics and promoting the development of the fourth party logistics to realize the match-up and coordination of cross-border E-commerce and cross-border logistics.
