The transaction of agricultural products on online is increasing. In reflecting these trends, various studies in relation to internet e-commerce were published. Previous studies have investigated analysis related to online shopping and activation of e-commerce. This study has decided to investigate more activated ways of agricultural purchasing on online to optimize affirmative functions of agricultural distribution. we deduced antecedents of customer satisfaction on online shopping after reviewing previous studies. This study find out how factors deduced will affect on customer satisfaction. The findings of shopping convenience, shipping accuracy, service of purchasing, and product information are the dominant factors in consumer satisfaction. The summary of this study's result is followed:first, there are support two hypothesis that service of purchasing and shipping accuracy come to the positive impact on shopping satisfaction. second, we provide insights into how shopping convenience and product information can also affect the customer satisfaction positively. Finally, the findings show factor that don't pay attention to the price advantage and security of online transactions. In order to optimize the distribution process of lasting product out of customer, the implications of this study helps shopping convenience should keep free from the limits of time and space, connecting quickly and processing orders well. Furthermore, on line shopping has a characteristic to purchase products relying on visual information, so it is common in practice for managers to develop a variety of contents. Moreover, as shipping accuracy affect considerably customer satisfaction, our study provides insights into needing intensive managing system of shipping related to product condition, packaging condition, shipping accuracy, kindness of home delivery service etc.
