This study attempts to investigated the impact of superior-subordinate exchange on subordinate's empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. in the deluxe hotel F & B employee.
It is hypothesized that superior-subordinate exchange will influence on the subordinate's empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Data was collected from 351 in deluxe hotel in Seoul. The result show that superior-subordinate exchange was positively correlated with subordinate's empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also subordinate's empowerment was positively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
The result of this study will be hopeful for the hotel industries which gave needs to establish to marketing strategies
