There were several reasons, Hwanghaedo was the best agricultural city, and there had producted the highest agricultural products(rice, barley, vegetable, fruits, etc.) and the most varied it at that time.
The fifth, the food of the Inn was very difference in every area. Although, output characteristics of each region reflects food, mixed red-bean or sweet potato dish does not serve it such as vegetable and flour in anywhere.
The sixth, as the case of Hwanghaedo, there was a variety of normal side dishes for breakfast and it was considerate of lifting a burden from lunch via light meal. In addition, It is customary for Hwanghaedo that they ate a plentiful foods for dinner. It means that they prefer quality to quantity.
The seventh, according to local and seasonal factors, we believe that it has been developed the seasonal food much more diverse. Moreover, the results of the investigation was extremely limited in food resources at the time, therefore the seasonal food was the lack of local or seasonal variations as between meals for appeasing the hunger.
