This study investigated the influence of the school factor on school violence aimed at juvenile and verified moderating effect of individual factor on school factor. The subject was 724 high school students in Daegu. The result of aggression, impulse and self-esteem as individual factors, there was a significant effect in aggression and impulse. The next experience of peer misdeed, posture of teacher on violence and school environment as school factors, there was a significant effect in experience of peer misdeed, posture of teacher on violence. Besides, there was a significant effect in interacting between aggression and impulse on school factor. The result of analysis of variance to verify moderating effect based on this, it was only significant in moderating effect for aggression and impulse on experience of peer misdeed having influence on school violence. Based on this result, the study suggested some intervention strategies for students who have experience of school violence.
