This study evaluates the service quality the Siheung Gaetgol Festival which was held recently. Then I analyzed the influence of the service quality of Festival on the suitability of festival and the development of the region. Based on the result, this research aims to measure the level of service quality of the current festival and to provide a strategy in managing the festival.As a result, the service quality of festival had positive influence on the suitability of festival and the development of the region, especially the factors of service quality had a significant influence.
