The purpose of this study was to indentify the influence of Basketball Coach's Leadership Behaviors on Perceived Performance. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which Basketball Coach's Leadership Behaviors consisted of questions regarding as indentified by Kim(1995) and Cohesion consisted questions regarding as identified by Lee(1995). The questionnair's validity was evaluated by a panel of experts, and its reliability was evaluated by computing the Crombach alpha values. Since the values raged from .71 to .84, the questionnaire was deemed to be highly reliable.236 subjects were selected from professional basketball team in Korean basketball Association by the Stratified cluster sampling method. Among these selected subjects, 212 responded, and statistics descriptive statistics analysis, one-way ANOVA, standard multiple regression analysis using SPSS/PC version 11.0. The following results were obtained:First, Cohesion and Perceived Performance differ statistically and significantly according to socio- demographic variables.Second, Basketball Coach's Leadership Behaviors statistically and significantly influence Basketball player of Cohesion with a magnitude in the listed order. Third, Basketball Coach's Leadership Behaviors statistically and significantly influence Basketball player of Perceived Performance with a magnitude in the listed order. Finally, Basketball player of Cohesion statistically and significantly influence Basketball player of Perceived Performance with a magnitude in the listed order.
