The purpose of this study was to investigate the research of training method to progress the records of 100meter race. This research had a test to know the influence of the reinforcement of abdominal muscular power in the improvement of 100meter race. The subject of study : 9 sprinters of K-high school in seoul and period 12 weeks The result were these things 1) After the training of abdominal muscular power, there was no difference generally in the record of 30 meter race between training group and untraining group. 2) After the training of abdominal muscular power, there was no difference statistically in the record of 50 meter race between training group and untraining group, too. 3) After the training of abdominal muscular power, there were differences in the level of p <.05 statistically as after 8 weeks training group was 8.14±138 non training group was 8.31±117 and after 12 weeks training 8.13±129 non-training group was 8.32±019 in the 70meter. After 4) After the training of abdominal muscular power, there were differences in the level of p <.05 as after 8 weeks training group was 11.12±2.61 non-training group. was 11.41±140 and after 12 weeks training group was 11.06±232 non-training group was 11.37±133 in the 100meter race. 5) In the record's change of 30m, 50m, 70m, 100 racing of before and after in the training of abdominal muscular power, there was no difference in the record of 30m, 100m only after 8 weeks and there are differences in the more than p <.05 level. 6) After the training for 12 weeks in the correlation analysis between the record of sit-up and the record short distance section, the correlation of the record's improvement between 120sec, and 70~100 meter race was. 763 and showed average correlation in the p <.05 level and there was no correlation between others.
