The purpose of this study was to examine the difference between job satisfaction rate of Dance sports leader's personal characteristics on his or her job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted by stratified random sampling in random sampling, and the responses from 118 instructors were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed with students t-test, one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni multiple comparison. The analyzed results are as follows gender, age, education level, and major field of the dance sports for leaders made no difference to their job satisfaction and its subsidiary factors such as autonomy in decision-making, expertness development, pay and compensation, human relations, meaning in life or pride. However, working environment showed a significant difference at a level of 5% in all variables except for gender. The career of the dance sports for leaders made a significant difference to their job satisfaction and its sub-variable, including autonomy in decision-making. The income of the dance sports for leaders made a significant difference to their job satisfaction and its sub-variables, including autonomy in decision-making, human relations. The teaching methods, whether possess the license or not of the dance sports for leaders made no difference to their job satisfaction and its subsidiary factors such as working environment, autonomy in decision-making, expertness development, pay and compensation, human relations, meaning in life or pride.
