The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the water sports enterprise's service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The population of this study was water sports participators serving in water sports enterprise in 2005. Using convenience sampling method, 302 participators were asked to respond the survey. The survey consist of 41 questionnaires. 4 questionnaires of socio-demographic variables, 22 questionnaires about service quality, 10 questionnaires about customer satisfaction, and 5 questionnaires about repurchase intention. Its validity was examined by a group of water sports experts, sports marketing professors and by factor analysis, and since its Cronbach alpha values ranged from .726 to .854, the questionnaire was judged to be fairly reliable. To analyze the data collected for this study SPSS/PC+11.0 was used for standard multiple regression analysis. Conclusions from the results of this study are as follows. First, water sports enterprise's service quality influences on facilities satisfaction and leader satisfaction. Second, water sports enterprise's service quality influences on repurchase intention. Third, water sports participator's satisfaction influences on repurchase intention.
