The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of Health related fitness and hormone after 12weeks combined training and detraining. Subjects were consisted of twenty (con:10, exe;10) older women, 12-week exercise group and (exercise for 12 weeks and detraining for 12 weeks) and control group. The training program was composed of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and yoga. The program was conducted 60 minutes, 4 times a week for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks training, the results of the study were as follow: The sitting trunk flexion and shoulder joint movable were significantly increased and Peak O2 and push-up were significantly improved after 12 weeks combined training. But after 12 weeks of detraining they showed the same levels of variables as before 12 weeks training. Therefore, it is maybe thought that combined training prevented to the daily activity related physical fitness function by aging.
