This work is concerned with the aged who take exercise continuously in connection with The subjects were 216 in total(male:94, female:122). While females were higher on the subjective well-being, male on the social support. On these factors the older, the lower. On the depression, the older, the higher. On the subjective well-being, social support and self-esteem., Religious group were higher than others. While on the subjective well-being and self-esteem, the group who, had, they thought, been in a good health, were higher, the group who have been in a poor health were higher on the depression. The group who were well off were higher on the subjective well-being, social support and self-esteem, but lower on the depression. The group who had have their matches were higher than others who had no one on the subjective well-being and social support. The aged who had taken exercise were higher on the subjective well-being, social support and self-esteem, but lower on the depression. It was factors like the social support, self esteem and depression in older that had an effect on the predication of subjective well-being. The findings in this research was based on the previous studies of the subjective well-being, social support, self-esteem and depression.
