The purpose of this study was to examine the Relationship of leisure constraints and leisure activity in public sports center employees. In addition, I have examined how leisure constraints which is caused by the role conflict among public sports center employees affect job satisfaction throught leisure activity. To perform research goals, in the analysis model, leisure constraints is determined as an independent variable. Based on these variables, the research model and its hypothesis are established. Relations between variables of hypothesis and model suitability are examined. The results of the study shows that I found out the relationship between the cause and result related to leisure constraints, and the difference among research variables. In conclusion, in this study, I examined the factors which cause the leisure activity intent of employees in public sports center and find out the relationship between these factors. It is meaningful that I suggested the ideal way for the part like human resource and management making the employees in community sports facilities and other sports centers encourage. The results of this study provides an understanding of public sports center employees knowledge that could be helpful in developing health promotion strategies for public sports center.
