The playing the ground is essential to maintain and strengthen the health of the elementary school children and plays the major role of optimal site for developing motor performance, sensibilities and sociality. Comparing to the rapidly changing educational situation, as being the level of school equipments and devices lag behind, that's effect and safety are actually very low and unstable. It has been a general rule that a projector have planned at his discretion when designing the school facilities because the school building do not have certain standard comparison to general architecture. For this reason, school facilities fall off ability against maintaining safety, are not established in the standard of safety facilities. This study is suggested to the materials for the guide book and the need for guaranteeing safety against exposing danger of accident in play-ground equipments and devices. In addition, the succeeding researches are required for publishing upgraded guide book to the play-ground, play-ground equipments and devices through the closer analyzing and the more inspection.
