The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between job and occupational satisfaction for Taekwondo Master. The subjects of this study was the group that Taekwondo Master in Taekwondo gym or organization. The convenience sampling method was used for this study. 319 responding questionnaire copies out of 350 had been collected and 276(78.9%) questionnaires were practically analyzed. For those sheet, judged to be insincere and to be unsuitable for the purpose of this study, and were missing questions excluded. Spss 12.0 for window statistics package were used for data analysis. Simple frequency analysis and X2 was conducted to look into demographic variables of the subjects of this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The findings are as follows: First, the test was done to examine the difference between job satisfaction factors at Taekwondo master depending on gender. Occupational stability, self control, a senior official relationship factor did show significant statistical difference with a .05 significant level. Second, the test was done to examine the difference between job satisfaction factor at Taekwondo master depending on income. Occupational stability, job, self control, a senior official relationship, colleague relationship factor did show significant statistical difference with a .05 significant level. Lastly, job, self control, a senior official relationship factor did have a significant effect on occupational satisfaction for Taekwondo Master.
