\study was performed to check the perception of the water safety in Busan beaches. The results are as follows. 1. The Actual Status of Water Safety Accident in Busan Beaches. First, the causes of accidents are listed as follows: poor swimming skills(58.7%), and those of aids are as follows: abrasion(43.3%). Second, demographic sides show that teenagers consists of 35.2%, and twenties 32.9%. Considering time, as follows: by time, 14~16 (32.6%), and 16~18(25.1%). 2. Degree to Participants' Perception of Water Safety Accidents. First, it shows that by degree to which they know the programs about water safety, they know well(26.3%), about the contribution to prevention of accidents, they responded as it is more or less helpful(43.2%), about their satisfaction of water safety education, more or less satisfied(34.7%), about the place where they get information, school(27.4%), and the frequency of the practical education experience, 0 times(45.3%). Second, the response to warm-up exercise is like this: usually(29.5%), seldom(26.9%), often(20.0%), very often(13.7%) and never(10.5%). Third, the response to the degree of satisfaction about water safety facilities is like this: normal(37.9%), not satisfied(29.5%), satisfied(16.8%), never satisfied(9.5%), and very satisfied(6.3%).
