보행은 여러 신경 및 정신 장애와 연관되어 있으며 신경계 장애의 진단 및 모니터링을 위한 임상 도구로 발전해왔다. 보행은 다양한 질병에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있으며, 보행 분석은 노인의 신경 및 정신기능 쇠퇴를 예측하는데 사용될 수 있다. 그 중 우울증은 노년기의 흔한 정신 증상 중 하나로 인지기능의 손상을 보일 수 있으며 신체적 질환과 동반되면 이를 더욱 악화시켜 심각한 문제로 발전되므로 조기 진단 및 개입이 중요하다. 본 연구는 70 세 이상의 노인을 대상으로 우울증의 유무에 따른 보행의 시간적 변인 및 변동성을 비교 분석하였다. 실험에는 건강한 노인 82 명, 우울증을 가진 노인 33 명이 참가하였다. 대상자들의 양 발에 IMU 센서를 부착하고 7 m 의 직선로를 보행하는 동안 3 축 각속도 데이터를 취득하였다. 각속도 데이터의 최대 피크점과 부호 ...
