4차 산업혁명의 가장 주요 기술인 인공지능이 인류의 삶을 어떻게 변화시킬 것인지에 대한 예측은 각양각색이다. 세계경제와 산업, 노동시장 등 사회 전반에 다양한 영향을 미치게 될 것이라는 기대와 함께, 인공지능 기술에 의한 편리함이 인간 삶의 영역을 대부분 차지해버릴지 모른다는 우려도 함께 공존한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인공지능에 대한 일반인 설문조사를 통하여, 일반인들이 인공지능에 대하여 어떤 부분을 기대하고, 어떤 부분을 우려하는지, 그리고 향후 10년 이내에 인공지능을 통해 해결이 필요한 분야는 어떤 분야인지에 도출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 인공지능 연구에 대한 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, ...
